Proposed Kitchen Window Replacement — Unit 32, Building C

Dear Neighbours,
I am gathering resident feedback regarding a proposed kitchen window replacement for Unit 32, Building C. For context, the window has been approved by Stephen Armstrong at Peer Property Management, however the Board did not approve my request for quick approval. This sheet is intended to provide neighbour input to assist their review.

What I Am Doing
  • ✓ Replacing the kitchen window glass and frame
  • ✓ Using aluminum, colour-matched to the building
  • ✓ Removing the existing window A/C unit
  • ✓ Installing modern double-pane insulated glass
  • ✓ Adding board-approved privacy lattice afterward
What I Am Not Doing
  • ✗ No changes to brickwork or concrete
  • ✗ No changes to the building structure
  • ✗ No change to the window opening size
  • ✗ No changes to any other windows
  • ✗ No removal of dividers without replacement
